Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. After giving up gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her university studies. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her college diploma. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished third in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel's top body part to train includes her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as sitting rows. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
