April Bowlby

April Bowlby has been an American actor and model for more than 20 years. She was known as Kandi, Stacy Barrett and Rita Farr from the CBS Comedy Series Two and a Half Men. April Michelle Bowlby, an American actress best known as Stacy Barrett on the American drama/comedy television series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi from the sitcom Two and a Half Men. She began her modeling career and later moved into films and TV. She made her first appearance on a small screen, as an extra for the TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The show came with appearances in individual episodes of other series. In Two and a Half Men she was cast as Kandi. Bowlby has received worldwide acclaim due to her character, Stacy Barrett, in the hit series Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played the role of Elastigirl/Rita Farr in the American web-series Titans. The spin-off series Doom Patrol will see her reprising the character. Bowlby also appeared on TV in movies like Sands of Oblivion, The Wrong Daughter as well as Sands of Oblivion 2. The actress made her debut on the big screen in the film All Roads Lead Home and afterwards appeared in several other films such as The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. Bowlby has appeared on a number of TV series, including CSI in 2004, CSI: NY in 2005, Freddie on the 2005 season as Sydney and How I Met Your Mother in 2007 as Meg. More recently Bowlby took on the role as Natasha in All Roads Lead Home a film from 2007 about a twelve year old girl that loses her mother in a car crash. Bowlby plays Mia In The Slammin Salmon, a comedy film to be released in the year 2008. She lives in Los Angeles. She has red natural hair with blue-green eyes. The couple isn't married and she has no kids.
